A family custody evaluation is a specialized, comprehensive process designed to provide the court with an objective, independent assessment of a family’s dynamics. In high-conflict family law matters, the primary goal of this evaluation is to help determine a parenting plan and custody arrangement that truly serves the best psychological, developmental, and emotional interests of the children.

As an independent evaluator, my role is not to take sides, but to gather a complete, balanced picture of the family structure. This thorough process ensures that the court and involved professionals have clear, clinically grounded recommendations to help families move forward.
